ABOUT SPORTS-SKILLS KIDS

Sports-Skills sessions are fun and dynamic classes led by an Early Years Professional. Our classes teach physical literacy, social skills and participation skills to young children. These skills lay the foundations for good sportsmanship, engagement in sports and exercise and team work.

We focus on movement, hand-eye coordination, ball skills and balance through fast-paced games and activities that are set up for children to succeed in.
All our activities are structured around the physical development framework. They are designed to help children build confidence and competence through physical literacy whilst having fun and learning to participate in the class at their own pace.
